Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Kanawha Medical Supply Inc., we strive to provide our customers with high-quality medical equipment. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you may need to return or exchange a product. Our Returns and Exchanges Policy is designed to assist you with this process.
Return Eligibility:
- Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in new, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging and materials included.
- Customized or special order items, opened sterile products, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
Exchange Eligibility:
- Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in new, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging and materials included.
- Items for exchange must be of equal or greater value.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- To obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, contact our Customer Service team at sales[at] kanawhamedical.com.
- Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Return the package to the Kanawha Medical Supply Inc. Store address. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure your package is delivered to us safely and securely.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
Restocking Fee:
- All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
Shipping Charges:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
Defective or damaged items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with our Customer Service team within five days of receipt to report the issue and initiate a return or exchange.
Warranty Information:
- Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty information, please refer to the product’s description or contact our Customer Service team.
