Skin Rejuvenation

The Stellar M22 is highly effective for skin rejuvenation, addressing various signs of aging and sun damage. It can treat:

  • – Pigmentation: Addresses hyperpigmentation, sunspots, and age spots, creating an even skin tone.
  • – Texture Irregularities: Improves skin texture, reducing roughness and enhancing smoothness.

Vascular Lesions

The device is adept at treating vascular lesions, including:

Acne and Acne Scars

The device offers solutions for both active acne and acne scars. It reduces inflammation, kills acne-causing bacteria, and improves the appearance of scars by promoting collagen remodeling.

Hair Removal

The Stellar M22 offers a lasting solution for unwanted hair. It uses targeted light energy to destroy hair follicles.

Before & After Lumenis Stellar M22

What to expect after IPL treatments?

Shortly after treatment, the medical team thoroughly fragmented the unwanted pigment granules (melanin) without damaging the surrounding tissue. Vascular lesions (spider veins) also coagulate and shrink, many of them disappearing altogether. Skin tone and texture improve as a result of heat deposits into the tissue.

In the weeks after treatment, your body’s clean-up system removes the tiny melanin particles. It absorbs the broken pigment. Little or no trace of the initial pigmentation spots or spidery veins remains.

Because the treatment is gentle, there is no interruption of routine activities. Pigment rises to the surface, resembling coffee grounds in both appearance and texture. Let them exfoliate naturally to avoid interfering with the process, which generally takes a little under a week.

Several methods exist to reduce pigmentation and improve sun damage. Each patient will have a different and individualized recommendation. Your skin type will likely respond better to one type of treatment over another.

  • Experts often recommend combining protocols for optimal results. You can use CryoPen, Thermoclear RF, CoolPeel CO2, Fractional Resurfacing, Plasma Pen, and ZO skin care with IPL phototherapy. You may also use them instead of it. This is due to the varying types of skin pigments and uneven skin tone.
