Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel and receive a refund for orders or individual items within them that haven’t shipped yet. The system deducts a transaction fee of 5.5% from the refund total. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect your bank account.

Return Policy

Returns need to be finalized within 14 days from the date of receipt. All returns must be in unused and same condition as originally shipped. The company will deduct a 25% restocking fee from the refund amount. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser.

If you’d like to return an item please send an email to sales@kanawhamedical.com. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund

Return Shipping Cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the system will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.

Price Match

At Kanawha Medical Supply Inc., we strive to offer the best possible prices to our clients. If you find a lower price on another website, please let us know.

We want the chance to match or beat that price. Simply send us the quote with the requested items and website link and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Items must be exactly the same brand, model and configuration.

Please note: We do not match pricing for refurbished equipment and supplies.

Item Conditions

NEW: The item is brand new, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging must match what customers find in a retail store. This rule applies unless the item is handmade. It also applies if the manufacturer used non-retail packaging, like an unprinted box or plastic bag.
NEW – OPEN BOX: The item is in excellent, new condition with no functional defects. The item may be missing its original packaging and may have been used for testing or demonstration purposes. SELLER REFURBISHED: The eBay seller or a third party restored the item to working order. This means someone inspected, cleaned, and repaired the item to full working order, and it is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in original packaging. See seller’s listing for full details.
USED: The item was previously used. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but it is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or a store return that someone has used. See the seller’s listing for full details and a description of any imperfections.
